Chief Executive Officer
Stuart was appointed CEO of InfoBionic in March 2017, underscoring the Company’s commitment to widespread market adoption of its transformative wireless remote patient monitoring platform for chronic disease management. With more than 20 years of experience in the medical device market, Stuart brings a great deal of expertise in achieving rapid commercial growth. Prior to joining InfoBionic, he was CEO at Monarch Medical Systems, LLC, a Charlotte-based, artificial intelligence clinical decision support software provider for insulin dosing calculations, where he oversaw the organizational restructuring of the company.
Prior to Monarch, Stuart served as the global chief marketing and sales officer for CapsuleTech, Inc., a medical device integration and clinical data management system for hospitals and healthcare institutions. During his tenure, he developed and executed a strategic business and product plan that ultimately led to the company’s acquisition by Qualcomm Life, Inc., a subsidiary of Qualcomm, Inc. Prior to CapsuleTech, Stuart worked in executive leadership at Philips Healthcare, overseeing global product management and marketing for their healthcare imaging and informatics group as well as emerging markets in the company’s cardiac monitoring division. Stuart also held executive positions at healthcare IT-focused companies including Agfa Healthcare, AMICAS, FUJIFILM USA and Eastman Kodak in addition to his previous clinical experience of managing acute care, non-invasive cardiology.

Chief Financial Officer
Paul brings to InfoBionic more than 25 years of financial experience, predominantly in the Life Sciences Industry. Paul is responsible for all aspects of InfoBionic’s financial strategy. Prior to joining InfoBionic Paul served as Chief Financial Officer of SeraCare Life Sciences, Inc., a company partnering with IVD manufacturers and clinical laboratories to bridge the gap between today’s diagnostic solutions and tomorrow’s emerging technologies for molecular diagnostics, next generation sequencing and companion diagnostics. SeraCare was sold to LGC, a portfolio company of KKR in November 2018. Prior to SeraCare Paul was Chief Financial Officer of Microline Surgical, Inc., a company developing and manufacturing high precision open and laparoscopic surgical instruments.
Prior to Microline Surgical, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of NeuroTherm, Inc., a medical device company that develops, manufactures, and markets state-of-the-art image-guided solutions for pain management. In this role he was instrumental in the divestiture of NeuroTherm to St Jude Medical in August 2014. Paul joined NeuroTherm after spending 11 years with Optos, a medical technology company specializing in devices that image the retina, where he was Director of Finance and then Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis. Paul earned a Masters of Business Administration from the Edinburgh Business School, University of Herriot Watt (Edinburgh, United Kingdom), and a HNC in Accounting from Dundee University (Dundee, United Kingdom). He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in the UK and the Institute of Management Accountants in the USA.

Chief Operating Officer
Dave is tenured in the healthcare industry and has been at the leading edge of the digital revolution, launching influential and innovative products in the marketplace and actively developing new ones.
Prior to joining InfoBionic, Dave was Vice President of Product Management at TeraRecon, Inc., which incorporates AI and world-class image processing tools into the next-generation of medical image viewing, interpretation, sharing and collaboration solutions. He was also previously VP of Product Management at Monarch Medical Technologies where he led the design, development and delivery of one of the newest solutions in intravenous and subcutaneous insulin dosing software, analytics, HL7 and EMR integrations.
Dave has extensive international product marketing experience and is multi-patent holder for medical software and AI platforms. Dave continues his work with the National Science Foundation and is active with standards groups and engaging with various government agencies for the advancement of innovative solutions in medicine.

Chief Technology Officer
Eric has worked in diagnostic ambulatory electrocardiography for over 30 years. He has successfully led product teams introducing many of the firsts in the AECG space including automatic AF detection, mobile telemetry, AF burden and full disclosure. Eric earned his bachelor of science in computer science and is a graduate of the product development program at Harvard Business School.

Vice President of Clinical Services
Mark is a Registered Nurse and has worked in clinical electrophysiology for over 20 years. He has created multiple clinical service lines for ambulatory electrocardiographic and remote device monitoring programs. He has successfully introduced ambulatory cardiac event monitoring, Holter electrocardiography and mobile cardiac telemetry services in hundreds of institutions and practices. He has participated in remote cardiac device monitoring, service line implementations including heart failure management, subcutaneous device monitoring. Mark passed competency in the national heart rhythm board examination as a Clinical Cardiac Device specialist (fka NASPExAm Testamur).

National Sales Director
Mike is a Registered Nurse with Alumnus CCRN designation. He began his career in Heart and Vascular Intensive Care and made the leap from the bedside to the medical device industry in 2016 where he fulfilled a number of clinical and sales-based roles. His focus has been on implementing disruptive products and service lines. Mike’s focus at InfoBionic is tending to the growth and sales efforts of the Company. He resides in Hershey, PA with his wife and two daughters.
