Primary Purpose and Function:

The Director of Marketing (+ Communications and PR) will be responsible for the planning, development and implementation of all IB’s marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal. They will oversee the development and implementation of support materials and services for all IB teams related to marketing, communications and PR. They will direct the efforts of the marketing, communications and PR staff and coordinate, both strategically and tactically, with the other functions of IB.

Other duties include building out InfoBionic’s social media marketing presence, hilighting improved clinical workflows, patient satisfaction, compliance, safety and speed to diagnosis, as well as the overall operational benefits associated with taking ownership of the ambulatory cardiac monitoring service line. They will also assist in defining requirements for sales proposals, providing input on sales support presentation materials, the product/company roadmap, and owning IB’s presence at all tradeshows and professional conferences.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Marketing, Communications and Public Relations

  • Create, Implement and measure the success of:
  • A comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance IB’s image and position within the marketplace and with the general public as well as facilitate both internal and external communications.
  • All IB marketing, communications and public relations activities and materials, including publications, media relations, client acquisition and so forth.
  • Ensure articulation of IB’s desired image and position, assure consistent communication of this image and position, and assure communication of image and position to all constituencies, both internal and external
  • Manage editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all IB publications
  • Coordinate media interest in IB and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests
  • Act as IB’s representative to the media
  • Coordinate the appearance of all IB print and electronic materials such as company letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc.
  • Develop, coordinate and oversee programs, technical assistance and resource materials to assist IB teams in the marketing, communications and positioning of their activities
  • Provide counsel to IB teams related to marketing, communications and public relations
  • Ensure that IB regularly conducts relevant market research, and coordinate and oversee this research activity
  • Monitor trends in marketing, communications and public relations, not-for-profit management and governance
  • Lead demand generation, digital marketing, tradeshows and more as required to facilitate all IB’s inbound and outbound marketing activities and efforts
  • Lead projects as assigned, such as cause-related marketing and special events

Planning and Budgeting

  • Responsible for the achievement of marketing/communications/PR mission, goals and financial objectives. Ensure that evaluation systems are in place related to these goals and objectives and regularly report progress to the CMSO and the Board
  • Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing/communications/PR program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance
  • Recommend short- and long-term IB goals and objectives to the CMSO
  • Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operation of the marketing/communications/PR program
  • Keep informed of developments in the fields of marketing, communications and public relations, not-for-profit management and governance (and the specific business of IB) and use this information to help InfoBionic operate with initiative and innovation

Organizational Strategy

  • Work with senior staff, other staff and outside vendors and partners to:
  • Develop and maintain a strategic perspective – based on marketplace and constituent needs and satisfaction – in IB’s organizational direction, program and services, and decision-making.
  • Ensure the overall health and vitality of IB.
  • Help make sure that IB’s philosophy, mission and vision are pertinent and practiced throughout the organization
  • Develop and coordinate means to seek regular input from IB’s key constituencies regarding the quality of programs and services and IB’s relevance
  • Help formulate and administer policies to ensure the integrity of IB
  • Act as an internal consultant to bring attention and solutions to institutional priorities

Managing

Key Contacts/Relationships:

  • The position reports to the CMSO and serves as a member of the senior management team
  • This position participates with the Board of Directors, CMSO and other management staff in charting the direction of the organization, assuring its accountability to all constituencies, and ensuring its effective operation
  • Within IB, the position has primary working relationships with the CMSO, senior management team, staff of the Marketing/Communications/PR function, and/or outside service providers
  • Outside IB, the position will lead primary marketing working relationships with third party commercial distributor(s)

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Needed for the Job:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications or public relations with demonstrated success in healthcare marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, public relations preferred. Graduate degree in a related field is desirable
  • Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills
  • Experience developing and managing budgets, and hiring, training, developing, supervising and appraising personnel
  • Demonstrated successful experience writing press releases, making presentations and negotiating with media

Primary Purpose and Function:

The Director of Sales Operations (DSO) is responsible for overseeing all sales operations for the organization (including the distributor IB channel), which includes providing support to ensure successful business operations, from pre-sales through Trial conversion and ongoing customer management, including Renewals.

Primary responsibilities include executing the business planning process to measure performance, maintaining accurate sales operations records, designing and modifying existing sales operations processes, and assisting in the creation of budgets, quotas, and comp plans. Additionally, this role will monitor operational performance and provide forecasting at regular intervals. This role will own the Salesforce.com instance for InfoBionic from end-to-end.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization and all associated/related activity with the distributor IB sales team(s)
  • Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts
  • As needed, coordinate planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the firm.
  • Manage and administer the InfoBionic Salesforce.com instance
  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operation metrics, while helping to build, maintain, and improve our training materials, data and reporting within Salesforce.com.
  • Support the equitable assignment of Salesforce quotas and ensure quotas are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources
  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement by:
  • Working closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
  • Assisting sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
  • Facilitating an organization of continuous process improvement.
  • Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization
  • Recommend revisions to existing reports or assist in the development of new reporting tools as needed
  • Implement and administer enabling technologies, including Salesforce.com and a future quoting tool, to field sales teams (including the distributor IB sales teams)
  • Monitor the assigned sales organization’s compliance with required standards for maintaining Salesforce.com data
  • Work closely with sales management to optimize the effectiveness of the firm’s technology investments
  • Coordinate training delivery to sales, sales management, and sales support personnel to make sure the sales organization (including the distributor) is supported

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Needed for the Job:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field and/or experience; ideally a Master’s Degree in a related field
  • Previous experience leading Sales Operations for a Software-as-a-Service technology firm required
  • Expert on Salesforce.com (reporting, dashboards, process builder, workflows, triggers, etc.) and proven experience in implementing sales processes in Salesforce.com
  • Salesforce.com Admin certification, plus direct experience with Lightning and Einstein
  • Experience managing account managers and/or sales development representative teams highly preferred
  • Should have “sales DNA”–process-oriented, but still knows how to sell and ideally, has carried a quota at some time in his/her career and/or managed a team of inside sales reps
  • Experience in the healthcare software sales space highly preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others, both internally and externally

Primary Purpose and Function:

The Clinical Solutions Specialist will be part of the IB sales team focused on sales support activities and providing clinical peer-to-peer sales support within a sales region, working closely with the associated distributor IB sales team(s). This position will be responsible for assisting with new account development and expansion of the existing IB customer base through clinical process consultation, solution demonstration and assisting with customer deployments.

The Clinical Solutions Specialists is responsible for working as a team with the Regional Vice Presidents of Sales (RVPs) and the associated distributor IB sales team(s) to manage the implementation and training of new customers, specifically from initiation of service through the first 90-day Trial Period. Ongoing training and support will include notifying accounts (directly and through the appropriate distributor teams) of updates to software and providing clinical consultation and in-service as necessary.

Other duties include assisting with the clinical discovery process and defining requirements for sales proposals, providing input on sales support presentation materials and the product/company roadmap, and supporting tradeshows and professional conferences (internal and to the associated distributor IB sales teams).

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Assist RVPs (and distributor IB sales team) with on-sites, sales calls, conference calls, product demonstrations, and clinical discovery sessions to accelerate new account development and expansions
  • Understand prospect/customer requirements and assist RVPs (and distributor IB sales team) in capturing clinical assessments for sales proposals
  • Communicate and demonstrate the clinical solutions value statement, options for clinical workflow design to optimize customers’ environments, and clinical education services to prospective customers (w/ the distributor)
  • Assist the distributor in responding to functional and clinical elements of RFIs/RFPs
  • Generate and maintain key clinical relationships in the given region or territory to support the RVPs’ (and distributor IB sales team) strategies for procuring new opportunities
  • Work as a team with the RVPs (and distributor IB sales team) to develop plans for scheduling practice for software/service in-service and training.
  • Once InfoBionic sales (or distributor IB sales team) has achieved the sales stage that schedules an in-service to train the customer on use of the InfoBionic solution, the CSS will be responsible for the in-service (w/ the distributor)
  • Once in-service is complete, manage (w/ the distributor) all communication on software/service from practice through the 90-day Trial Period
  • Communicate closely with RVPs (and the distributor IB sales team) as to progress within practice
  • Evaluate practice (in conjunction with the distributor IB sales team) at end of 90 days to determine if the practice can successfully move to customer service/support
  • Provide (via distributor IB sales teams) any additional practice training for changes to the software/service as necessary
  • Maintain open communication with management, sales, marketing, clinical services team, product management, engineering and support (w/ distributor)
  • Solve customer problems by working closely with other members of the sales team and colleagues from a range of departments such as: engineering, product management, clinical services, support and the executive management team (IB and distributor)
  • Provide input into the generation of sales tools and collateral such as sales presentations, brochures, ROI models, etc. as needed by the sales and marketing Teams (IB and distributor)
  • Maintain clinical knowledge of industry requirements and trends to support the RVPs (and the distributor IB sales team) in procuring opportunities
  • Translate client needs to develop a solution strategy in conjunction with relevant market and competitive analysis
  • Research and maintain competitive knowledge and communicate information to key stakeholders

  • Certified Cardiac Training – ECG Certification
  • 1+ years of experience working with ECG analysis
  • 1+ years of experience with overall ambulatory cardiac monitoring practice workflows, including billing and reimbursements
  • Clinical training experience preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • Experience with relevant software, including hospital clinical software and EMRs
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations
  • Intermediate+ knowledge of computer operations and ability to use MS Office
